Almost forgot he’s from the au true horror so this isn’t a new design for him or a official canon from karmas original universe
This au is called true horror. Mostly because karma is ruthless and doesn’t spare anyone in his path he also doesn’t open is mouth but can still talk. He doesn’t care how pure his victims are.. (I’m soon gonna color him to make him beautiful but scary)
