I didn't show the muscles cause honestly.. I forget them- But the bones are the most important part!
Did you know that giraffe's spines are actually pretty straight? It's only the little bone sticks poking up that makes them look uphill!

Last two look pretty sick But if it's the snow, maybe stick to cool/warm colours, and no need to be saturated with the snow. Look up snow envirionment paintings on Pinterest or somewhere, some people do really neat stuff and it may help you with ideas!
