I thoroughly enjoyed my time at the Brussels Airlines Oslo office. The personnel were very professional, amiable, and effective. In addition to helping me with a last-minute flight adjustment, they patiently and clearly explained the baggage restrictions. Especially while handling intricate travel arrangements, it was a welcome change to have such individual attention. The entire process went well and without incident because the office was well-located and well-organized.
