Recent college graduate, Daisy Triggs, has just moved to a new place and landed a secretary job with a group of superhero crime fighters led by Z Ortiz, a teleporter with a short fuse. Their job is to take out criminals with superpowers called Reprobates. Their newest mission is a cocky arsonist who seems to be one step ahead of them, and he's just one of their problems. They must coexist with each other under one roof while they all have their own personal thunderstorms to deal with. Daisy is out of place, having no superpowers or any idea of what she wants to do with her life, while Z won't rest until they've delivered justice. Asami Koizumi must prove to her older brother that she can survive without him, and Val does her best to keep the peace without her hypersensitivity getting in the way. As more heroes join in, tensions rise and morals clash. Plan Z deals with morally gray situations and different relationships, from familial to romantic, with a humorous but poignant approach.
