The scene shifts back to the end of Ryu and Kagane's deadly fight, but this time from Kagane's perspective.
Kagane seems to have survived the clash, but appears to have been gravely wounded. Kozaru appears to assist him, and it seems the reason Kagane survived was the blood on his wound freezing solid. What could have possibly caused this? Meanwhile, the mysterious hooded man encounters another troubling presence scaling the mountain...
