In This Chapter, Kaseya meets Takeshi Sakata, who is supposed to help him find out his Elemental abilities. Takeshi, however, refuses to help Kaseya, stating that all male Shizuma are Igneos Users.
Takeshi explains that if Kaseya is this of age and hasn't found out what his Elemental power is, he is useless and a waste of time. Kaseya is hurt and saddened by this, he then lashes out and attack takeshi.
After the attack and all have been done, takeshi agrees to assist kaseya and later on something shocking was told about kaseya.
