Another New Character!
Johnny Rad, the world's greatest motorboardist.... if you let him tell it.
He's Hermishi's rival in the every motorboarding competition... and he goes to the same school, and he's the most poplar guy that almost all the girls love, and lives in the same city as Hermishi, and just a lot of things Hermishi hates. But there's nothing he can do about it.
Of course Johnny despises Hermishi the same way but it's the same. There's nothing either of them can do about it.
To make up for his "plight" though, Johnny simply makes Hermishi the very scum of his boots. Or tries to, but Hermishi isn't one to be pushed around!
