some information-
Kailua-Kona is a place in Hawaii, so they're both Hawaiian.
Kona is older, very mature and serious. no fun allowed!
Kailua is younger, very silly and adventurous. He loves exploring, much to Kona's dismay.
Kona is constantly worrying about the fact that sea bunny skelis are now a very much endangered species, therefore making them always serious.
