3. using airbrush, make a light and dark gradient in a clipping layer
4. use fluffy watercolor brush for pupil outline and iris ring thingy
5. use watercolor (soft) brush for pupil and pen for dots
make an overlay layer and a half circle with pen brush. then, use soft eraser to erase the parts closer to the outward edge
7. another overlay layer: use pen to draw lines then eraser to create gaps
8. use pen for highlight (keep in mind the light source)
9. yellow and orange overlay
10. create a clipping layer over the line art and use pen for details
