Reia Todoroki is a 14-16 year old dragon and a cadet of division 6 in Fusion Force, a Japanese agency that send out highly trained cadets to eliminate dwelients across Japan. Harnessing the wyvern's powerful darkness, he wouldn't stop at anything until Japan is saved.
Disclaimer: the tv show/ manga series "Fusion Force" does not exist yet as it is a story I will be creating in the near future.
