Guuuyyyys, I got my painting back! My boys! People who saw this at our school’s art show really seemed to like this one. The background was going to originally be something much different, but because of timing, I had to do something else. So, I came up with this on the spot!
Hua Huan (left) & Licht (right)
Hua Huan is the “wilted flower” in the title. Licht is Licht.
Licht (aka LIGHT) burning (cuz Hua Huan was burned at the stake/ also, targeted sunlight on a flower will burn it) the wilted flower (Hua Huan. Cuz it’s a play on his name. At least on the “Hua” part. I don’t think there’s any play on the “Huan” part in Chinese that would make sense…wait..nah it still can make sense!)
