Tandora’s not the most stable demigod out there (obviously). While sane enough not to be locked up in an asylum, Torrey’s still considered to be the most crazy of Ellina’s children. This became evident after she had a nervous breakdown the night of her coronation. The draconequus had been found bawling her eyes out in the corner of her room but had soon been confronted by her most trusted companion, Fel.
“You shouldn’t force this, you know. It isn’t who you are, Tandora.”
After this revelation, Torrey stood tall and proud- a maniacal and proud smile stretching across her muzzle. After that, she proceeded to take a pair of scissors on the near by dresser and cut her hair (much to Fel’s surprise).
Ellina had watched with quiet pride as her daughter stood tall. While she’d never be anything more than a princess in title, she’d rather have Torrey happy than miserable and weighed down by her royal lineage.
