Step 1, draw two circles, one for the head and one for the snout. Step 2, do the rough sketch on another layer, the nose is a little difficult for this one, so experiment and find a good style for you. Step 3, do the line art on a new layer be sure to use a smaller pen for the glow spots. Step 4, delete the other layers and color as desired.
