1. Start with your basic eye shape, and your color palate
2. Fill in your eye with color B
3. Use colors 1-3 (your three darkest colors) and Water Color(wet) [Minimum Width: 19%, Opacity 10%, and Opacity by pressure OFF
4. Use 6 and the same brush to show the lighted area
5. Use 3 and Pen(sharp) to make details [Minimum Width: 0%
6. Use7 and Pencil to make light details [Minimum Width: 30%
7. Use 4 and the same brush to make darker details. Add some shade with Water Color as well to the darkest areas
8. Use 9 and any brush to make highlights. Select the layer, Filter, and use Gaussian Blur (21%) Set layer to 60%
9. Use 10 and Pen again to make light dots, and set layer to 38%
10. Use B and Water Color again to make highlights. Set the layer to Dodge. (You may also duplicate this layer and adjust the Opacity to give it more glow)
11. Use 5 and Water Color to darken again
12. Use B and Pencil for highlights, set layer to 70%. Use white and Pen to make direct light, set layer to 54%
