Life will get better, cheer up, get up. Don't let obstacles get to you. Do something, take breaks. It doesn't have to be short. Not everyone has the same body. It's okay to take long breaks, as long as you keep trying.The problem is that people take long breaks and forget to keep trying at all and that's when breaks start to become an obstacle itself. Always keep trying, even if it's little by little, or the tiniest bit of progress, someday you'll find the energy, motivation, and time to get where you want.
Smile, Breathe, and Keep Trying. (I shall call it SBKT.)
* Trying to cheer myself up, not much but it's enough to make me feel lighter.
I hope it somehow helps others, I'm kinda bad at this whole
