Originally, it's a Ukrainian fairytale about a goat, who lied to her owner, stole Hare's house, threatened other animals, but then got kicked out by the Crayfish.
About the AU: at first, me and @tiger-manya were watching an episode, where Megure asked Conan "Who is the culprit?" three times, but Conan ignored him. My sister started joking about Conan being the Bully Goat, and then we went on joking who would be who from this folktale. :')
