I know that giving up on my age regression was most likely the right thing for me to do since everyone on TikTok says it's not healthy and that it's a bunch of other bad things but I still miss it. (If you're not sure what age regression is, I'm pretty sure I explained it in the comments in my previous post but please let me know if I didn't.) I just hope I'll find some more normal, socially acceptable, genuinely healthy ways to cope, even with this because I think it's going to take some time for me to heal from this.
