I am well aware that I am late, but I was pretty hesitant to upload this here.
Anyway, I thought it would be a funny idea if Yandere-chan (Ayano Aishi) gave Alex Hashimoto a heart. Not a candy heart. But an actual human heart! You can tell I kinda had fun doing this.
