Another OC, whom is a cat named Starry who can turn into a witch (but chooses not to for some reason) and has this lil sparkle buddy. She's from a different universe than Oliver and Bev, but she can travel thru universes with her fren Connor, who i mentioned before that he could turn into a cloud. So here they are!
