I woke up with a sudden burst of energy I think this is my body’s last jolt of life before it completely shuts down for good

While I have the time to talk I want to say that : I’m really tired I don’t know if it’s the meds or just my body slowly collapsing but I haven’t had food in a couple of days and I’m worried if anythings going to happen and the jolt of life is wearing out so ima go now byeeeeeee
