First you need to know that In the world Knox lives in omnivores and carnivores still eat meat they have special stores to by meat from hospitals and stuff (yes this is inspired by Beastars)
Knox grew up in a working class family which consisted of his younger brother (Knox is the oldest of 3 triplets this is normal though because they’re fox like creatures) and mother (him and his brother were adopted by their birth mother) Knox is relatively soft spoken and rule abiding blah blah. Anyway in high school he finds out he has a trick. This allowed him to turn into shadows. Knox hate the fact that he is an omnivore. And in this shadow form all the thing Knox perceives as bad about him self is multiplied (meaning he would be more like a carnivore than an omnivore) this eventually leads to a incident in college where his shadow form takes control of his physical body causing him to almost attack his roommate. This aggression from his shadows form eventually reaches about to anyone not just “prey” causing him to run away to protect his loved ones. From there his story is still mostly unfinished (sorry) ALSO Knox NEVER actually hurts anyone any blood when I draw him is purely symbolism
ALSO again though Knox is meant to reproduce me in some ways anything that happens in his story is completely fictional I AM FINE I PROMISE my life doesn’t make a super interesting story for an OC I have a so a for that silly
ALSO (last time I promise) Knox’s story is meant to be an uplifting story about coming to terms with one’s flaws so it has a good ending 😊
