The boy Perogame is born in peacetime after the last great war. His father is very rich and so he only knows the good side of life, he hardly has to worry, never has to go hungry and gets everything he wants. As a result, he strolls naively and comfortably through life and does what he enjoys. But then he keeps getting dreams of a girl who accuses him of betraying her and her people, even though Perogame had promised them to save them. Still, he doesn't take the dreams seriously. But after the death of a girl for whom he is partly responsible, he realizes that there is some truth in the allegations in his dreams. So for him the girl in his dreams becomes the sign that he has to protect all good and weak people. His trauma guides him to his purpose in life.
