The events begins with a Flashback begin of a great battle between the army of heroes against an unknown powerfull villain apeared suddenly. The battle ends with the defeat of the heroes and the evil domination of the world and ruled by administrative academies. Lexi Nevada who be a student in an evil academy begins her career to become a professional villain and meets Damian, who is pro-villain required to be recognized for the title. Story deals with some of the events of the daily lives of evil leaders there.
