What is a superhero? Do they even exist in our world? That's the question people often ask. But if they exist, can they be considered a human or something above us humans? And thus, the new story of a young medical student by the name of Bel Pieters begins.

Bel has started his medical rotation, but he didn't know how harsh reality is in the medical world. He entered the world with the mindset of being a hero to save his patient. By studying under the wings of Dr. Harper Rayleigh, Bel is introduced to the Emergency Department or E.R. Going face to face with the chaos, and weakness, Bel takes his first step to becoming a full-fledged doctor.

One day, A war broke out. But it was not the usual war everyone knew. It's a war between genres of music called, Symphony of Dynamics. Pop, Rock, Jazz, Hip-Hop, Electronic, Metal, you name it. All genres are fighting each other for the title King of Music. A high school student called Kanade Aruto was dragged into this war unwillingly, and He was chosen to represent the Jazz Genre. In this war of music, a hunt-or-be-hunted situation, Aruto will be forced to fight for his life and say goodbye to his once peaceful life.
