Cooked on this one. Significant improvement on the Art side. Sometimes in the beginning some panels need improvement. Like where the main characters go up the stairs looks wonky. But the Big moments are very well drawn and intense. I would criticize the story more. It needs a resolve. The Characters are too normal they could need more personality. The Story idea is good and drives the story forward. Just the Resolve is not satisfying because it's just sad. Nobody wins nothing is resolved in the end both will die to save each other. I would recommend (I struggle with this too) to have the ending in mind right from the beginning so you could build from that. In "Smile for Me" the ending was also sad but more resolved, because it was a bitter sweet ending (The Girl decides to one time be happy even in death This not sweet just bitter. This is a hard thing to change when you don't have the ending planned already. So yeah. Thank you for your great manga my friend and version of course too.
