Hi! I'm EL JAKK, and I'm a cartoonist from Beška, Serbia.
I don't have any formal art education, but I was greatly inspired by underground comics, manga and 90s cartoons to start drawing. I've been drawing self-published comics since 2016. Themes of my comics vary - From bizarre characters having adventures on faraway planets, to short daily comics about my mundane life.
In 2021, I participated in a cross-residency program between Serbia and France for comic book artists with my comic "Big Rock Energy".

In a post-apocalyptic wasteland riddled with gangs on a distant planet called Big Rock, super-powered monsters are fighting for supremacy. Planetary destruction is imminent, but HE was sent to stop it. Junkskull is a being created by the planet Big Rock itself, with a mission to restore peace to the land. Along the way he meets allies - Bgawk and Draggen, that help him fight bizarre enemies and navigate his way around this strange world.
