Hikaru's an average kid at the peak of his rebellious years. Running around school, having weird dreams, the typical sort. Despite that, he gets himself into a beating against a gang of other kids. But once he recovers, he finds himself with a power greater than any other. Problem is, he doesn't know too much about the rest of the people with powers like no other.
