In the year M.C. 0089 in an intergalactic realm known as Sol Star, there are twin brothers, Apollo and Ares and a younger sister named Athena, who are the Soleanna siblings that owns a failing interstellar salvaging business on Planet Dezora to help finance their friend Saya. Just when their financial woes are taking the turn for the worse, the Soleanna siblings stumble across a strange set of high-tech armor that endows the user with spectral powers. Hoping to make a living of being a hero, Apollo volunteers to transform into the Full Metal Specter and help do missions as a freelance hero.

However, this puts a target on their backs as several factions take note of Apollo using his newly founded power to challenge the establishment that rules over the galaxy with an iron fist. Not only do the siblings have to deal with taking care of their friend Saya and taking on the galaxy, but solving the mysteries surrounding the spectral hi-tech armor.

Two years ago, the world was in a war as a mysterious alien who calls itself "Yamiuchu" wanted to conquer the planet. However, it was defeated by the three legendary heroes. With their brave efforts, they sealed him away in the deep recesses of the planet, thus bringing the world in a state of peace. Two years later, Anita gets involved in a plot to save the planet when her friend's plants mutate into monster. She along with others have to find and destroy Yamiuchu remains once and for all.

The story is about a young lad named Jason Starling whose life gets turned upside down when his girlfriend, Princess Melissa get kidnapped by evil forces.
Eventually, his simple quest will lead into the fate of the Multiverse known as the Outer Realms.
