Mishiri Lioneflame is a tactical Matricon warrior who, along with a team of other Matricon warriors, track and hunt down a notorious fugitive known as "one" on a strange new world. However, without any clear reason, they are ordered to back down from the pursuit and return to their colony off-world. Mishiri, who cannot comply with this order as it goes against his moral compass, continues the chase with the help of 3 friends who also stayed behind. The mission is to find and put an end to the being known as "one".
