Haru is the story of a teenage boy who lives with his parents in Tokyo, in a society where superpowers are common. When a threat from Super Villains arises, the government isolates children in a city shelter while mobilizing the population for defense. Inside the shelter, Haru experiences an accident and is saved by someone he would never have expected. Now, he must uncover the truth behind everything.
