South African and British born artists; Nyiko Motsisi and Neo Lewela were bound by fate due to eventualities. Having been inspired individually in their own respective ways, they were very invigorated by the idea of becoming manga/comic artists. They wanted to be a part of one of Japan’s biggest industries being Anime/Manga. They ultimately came to this conclusion: “Let’s create Greatness together”.

Based in South Africa, the two incorporated ideologies of Mangakas such as, Eiichiro Oda, Masashi Kishimoto, Hajime Isayama, Gege Akutami, among other iconic Mangakas in order to inspire their artistry known as Black Steel. Not being in oblivion, they realised how difficult it would be to be unique due to how a lot of ideas and concepts were taken, but that didn’t stop their “Genius”. After months of work and careful consideration, they had it. A refined story. A story they feel should be shared across the world. So they ask you, as the reader, to immerse yourself in “Their World”.
