Igumi has dreams of having his own flower shop and living a peaceful life. But his is born with superpowers! Facing the increase of 'powered' humans the government created a new law to monitor 'powered' humans and ensure the safety of 'non powered' human' by assigning all 'powered' humans to agencies. 'Powered' humans only legal occupation is work through the agency to either improve and provide protection to the city. Determined to be a full-fledged florist and away from all the danger, Igumi lived his life by lying and pretending to be passionate about acting as an excuse for his weird quirks. Until one day the inevitable happed... This is the story of that day.
