Itaru, a 20 year old man who used to be able to create anything he wants, and Oowarabe, a powerful woman of the same age are a duo in a Hero agency. Their job is to visit different planets to investigate about criminal organisations.
But then, one night, they meet an old acquaintance who will remind Itaru of his tormented childhood and change his life.
