While the physical body rests the mind is able to run free in a combination of fantasy and sci-fi . A small companion critter is assigned to every (player) patient which gives them mild goals a living quest marker.
Conflict a virus has broken out making it impossible to wake any patients without causing brain death. The virus is also causing rifts into reality and making fantasy and sci-fi contort together. It's up to our main goblin girl Chleo, her glitching ai, and her friends, to try and get everything back to normal, but what is normal in a world of goblins owl bears and cyborgs?
