Japan is in trouble. Crime has exploded, and the state government is in trouble. Against the ever-increasing crime, a working group is created, which is supposed to come up with a solution to the problem. As a result, five mutants are born into the world. Hiro Freezer wolfhound, cats Shiro Flamer, and Shina Tsunami, and foxes Misaki Flowerfield and Koshiro Thunder. Together they set out to defend innocent citizens and fight against the forces of evil.
