In a world where all of its inhabitants have the abilities based around their personalities known as Drives, everything has a magical feel. Society has integrated it's powers into everyday life, teaching children to weild them from when they are young and to fit into roles within society. However though these powers are helpful, many use them for harm as well. An uprising of people wanting to use their Drives for destructive purposes trying to topple the world's government. In comes the Igknight, a being who has the power to control a flame with Drive neutralizing capabilities, who works to protect the world and its people from those who wish to use their Drives for evil purposes. This power is randomly gifted to one person every 40 years by a divine power, so the world may never be without its protector. This story follows Hiro Kaicho, the Igknight of his generation and his journey on the path to being the greatest hero the world has known.
