Kaito, a seasoned warrior haunted by the guilt of his past, embarks on a journey to an old forest shrine where he once left behind an ancient sword—a symbol of his greatest failure. As he draws the sword from the ground, the peaceful surroundings darken, and a shadowy figure emerges—his younger self, full of anger and sorrow. The younger Kaito accuses him of abandoning those they once cared for, forcing Kaito to confront the guilt he's been running from for years.
