In a world filled with man-eating monsters, humanity was able to fend against them with some who can use the power to summon mythical swords to fight. After evacuating a village from a recent attack from those monsters, the swordswoman, Aria, goes back to rescue the father of a little girl but suddenly stumbles upon a familiar person from her past.
