So is it bad/weird that I’ve like, forced myself to constantly be quiet? Cause I’ve noticed that when I try to be loud or talk really loud I just cant? The other day my friends and I were doing a ‘who can scream the loudest’ contest and, when it was my turn I just couldn’t scream.
I have weird dreams sometimes. When I try to sleep I fall asleep for awhile and then wake up a bit later and I start to day dream instead of sleeping. This happened last night and I spent at least an hour or more day dreaming. All of the day dreams have something in common and that is that I have to think of something specific and I can’t fall asleep until I think of that one thing... most of the time I don’t end up thinking of that thing.
