Phones are weird

So I was being a normal thing, just drawing on Ibis paint
When a little thing pops up that says "system ui isn't responding" and gave me an option to close it or wait..
Not knowing what the fish that means I just clicked wait..

Then when I finish I try to click the home button but it's gone
I seriously tried turning my phone off and on but it just went back to Ibis paint.. Then finally the thing pops up again
And when I clicked close MY PHONE SHUT OFF

WHY DID IT DO THAT?!?!
WHY WOULD MY PHONE PHONE START DYING AND ALL IT DOES IS GIVE ME THE SAME NOTIFICATION AS WHEN BALDIS BASICS DOESN'T OPEN

It's 4:30 in the morning and we've been watching Stranger Things at my friends house
We got to season 2 episode 3 and are watching the one episode where vecna does the goofy thing with max or what ever before we sleep

Also don't skip seasons of shows I have a little sliver of a clue of what is going on 🤣

But am I wrong about Vecna looking like crusty rat boi..
Except according to my friend vecna is hot blonde dude and that is soo confusing.. Like how'd some hot blonde guy become meat man Vecna
