Fictional Diseases or Not

I once saw an art with the concept of fictional diseases and thought that'd make a good series. I went to make my own fictional diseases and suddenly stared at it and said "Are these fictional diseases or phenomenas?". I contemplated life for about 5 minutes because I don't think "Being caught in a toxic relationship occurs Thunderstorms every other day" is a DISEASE

It's more like a phenomena if it's gonna trigger nature. Fictional disease should be something that affects the body depending on the situation not mother nature T_T

I'll probably cross those ones out in my list cuz there's no way that's a fictional disease. More like a catastrophe waiting to happen :v
