Rather than a hobby, drawing is more of my coping mechanism. By drawing I feel like I can deal with life, reality and chaos. I used to draw on Iphone 8 with my fat fingers, and DIY stylus. But now I’ve got the Xs which is a lot bigger screen and a pen that can work on phones. I’m gonna draw so much! 😇

Like many artists, never have I ever been satisfied or even loved my works. Nor have I felt happy with my drawing process. Abstract art has always felt alien to me, I was never familiar with it. I would look at them and see either tremendous masterpieces or confusion. These are my very first Abstract arts, I was listening to Billie Jean by Michael Jackson and Bonnie Taylor’s I need a hero, and I wanted to just splatter what colors I felt. My god, was it fun? The first time I’ve ever been happy during drawing process and extreme satisfaction, why? Bc there was no rule, no symmetry, no proper figures. Just feelings and paints. I hope you can see Billie Jean and I need a hero from these paintings.
