Hey guess what's back?! The ringing. Im going to have to see a fucking doctor or somethin if this keeps up. I think its because I have been listening to music and stuff so loud and quite a bit. So imma stop doing that and see what happens.
I just tried to go to sleep but this random on and off ringing in my ear kept me from falling asleep. Its still going but less frequently now that I have put on a pair of earbuds. Im going to try to fall asleep listening to something so I dont have to worry about it. God its so annoying.

I have been having less sever back pain and better exercise! Plus my dog Maggie just got back from a training camp so she can hang out with us more!!!
💔Bad News💔
I have been having more frequent and painful foot cramps. I also have had regular cramps being a big problem during exercise, like I will start a jog and after about 20 seconds I get a cramp. The regular cramps like what I just described are less frequent and only happen sometimes. Although the foot cramps tend to happen more often. I think this is because im exercising again after a long time of no exercise.
One last thing, I'm taking tomorrow off like today to watch more Arcane.
