Creation of Mo

I want to introduce Mo. I created this character a few days ago. I'm a complete newbie on drawing. Today I wanted to learn a bit more on working with Medibang Paint Pro. I added a background to the picture and I also made another Mo with a skateboard. I still have a long way to go, but I just take baby steps.
I found there is a time lapse function in the program as well to make a small video on the progress. So you can see the steps I took to create the finished picture.
First thing to do was creating the background. That was fairly easy. But it was "flat" so I wanted some cracks in the wall and a piece were you could see the underlying bricks.

The next step was the head and body of Mo. Because it was cold today I gave him a hoodie :)

The easy thing in the program is that you can work with layers. So Mo is on a separate layer which is easy to adjust if needed.
As soon as Mo was created he asked me for a skateboard. He told me he's a very active person and wants to do a lot of different things!

Now the design was almost finished. I wanted to add some weeds and cracks for the final version.

A few moments later Mo disappeared with his skateboard. The last thing I heard was: "See you in a couple of days!"
