I just shaded his hair and taped him in my sketchbook so I didn’t think I needed to make another submission for it

Yes I know a Harpy is a Greek mythology thing but i used it as a placeholder name two years ago and it stuck
I was planning on including one in this story eventually but idk if this lad fits with the 1920s aesthetic.. oh well. I may scrap him or keep him as a bg character but he was very fun to draw
