Have any of you ever felt like you needed to force yourself to do something creative that you need and want to do, but physically and mentally you can't seem to put the effort in?
I've been having this issue for somewhere around 4 years now and I think its depression. I can't afford to go to a doctor because not only am I jobless, but the previous job I had I could never make enough to afford insurance on my own.
My only solution I've been able to come up with is forcing myself to write and draw and the quality of my pieces have suffered for it, but its either that or get nothing done.
If anyone has and advice I would greatly appreciate it. Since Spring has started I can begin exercising, but expensive and organic diet foods are out of the question. I'm not a fan of crowds cause they give me anxiety so parties are not good for me. Basically I'm asking if there are any small and inexpensive things you guys do that could help.
