2017年做坏了很多项目，去年到现在一直在内疚自责中度过。今天被上头开导了好久：“过去了就过去了，尽力了就可以了，而且工作只是生活的一部分，做坏了也不会死人塌楼，没有必要一直背着这些不好的情绪一辈子，就放下吧……”
好感动，而且公司好阔达，真的是这样吗？被炒鱿鱼被解约是基本处罚吧？严重也许还要赔钱补偿损失不是吗。
这些竟然都没有，好感动，感觉我的人生有一点阳光了，泣
ps：愿天下的各位能有一个好职场好老板好上司。
