just try to abstain from giving into ur bad thoughts, don't agree to what the voices are saying, just resist. it isn't u that's making u feel this way, it's the distant voices in the pit of ur brain that don't matter. so don't hate urself, hate them. try not to sit and let them suffocate u while u try to sleep or whatever, just do something that can distract u. eventually they'll go away, like a bully. just think of them as bullies.
