So, I woke up at 3 am today because of a nightmare.
It was a normal human being talking to me, then suddenly it twisted it's head around weirdly and it smiled at me really.. creepily

To give the arm more dimension and more realism you should move the lower arm to overlap and cover some of the upper arm so that it looks like the whole arm is angled and coming out towards the viewer at a slanted angle instead of to the side. If you put your arm out, you'll realize that your arm actually comes out diagonally instead of to the side because our shoulders can't rotate that far comfortably
