My laptop isssss broken

It won’t turn on, it’s plugged in and everything as well. The blue light won’t come on in the corner. I’ve held the button down for a minute at least and it doesn’t turn on. So now, I’ve gotta save up for a new one. I don’t want a shitty laptop anymore, I want a monitor. An actual computer that sits on your desk and doesn’t move anywhere but your desk. Here’s the two models I’m looking ay, but I’m thinking about going for the cheaper one just because there’s really no difference between the two.
Can you guys give me your opinions/suggestions on computers or the ones I’m looking at? That would be great!

They are FCs as described down below, in which your character(s) were created in that specific universe. An OC is a character you created that lives in a different universe or world. Your characters can be inspired by fandoms, but if they are a Overwatch character you created, it is not an OC. And that goes for every part of media, whether it be video games or books. OC is your design, your universe. FC is your design, the character’s universe.
